Not sure when this changed, but I am considering deleting instagram because of the issue. No matter how many times I mute the sound (in the app or using the buttons on my phone), it always comes back blaring on the next video. This is extremely annoying and frustrating and makes me want to stop using the app entirely.

Loved it at the start, hate it now. No humans to speak to for issues only robots that can’t do anything.
My account is constantly being disabled for no reason then reactivated again. EMPLOYEE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE

All over the home page feed. What a joke!

So full of bugs now it’s terrible. Just bought a brand new phone and all the same bugs are there. What a fall from grace.

Essentially, this app has entered its Facebook stage, which pretty much means it’s over complicated and full of money grabbing traps.

When uploading to story and you close the app it tells you it’s uploading in the background. But it doesn’t. It just sits there. When you reopen the app the story is just a black screen and the upload circle crawls even slower than before. Background upload does not work. Also when in edit mode (length) in story there is no sound. No idea what these “developers” think.
