the recent update has not changed or fixed anything. the typing bubble in messages is still gone. FIX IT PLEASE 😭

please fix the typing bubble problem in messages, I still can’t see the dots when someone is typing. it is stressful and really difficult to have a conversation. i have reported this a lot and nothing has been done about it.. 😭

I like this app.. but recently I have been having issues with the typing bubble, in that it keeps disappearing. the recent update seemed to have fixed it, but now, a couple days later, it has vanished again. it is really annoying and stressful, as it makes it difficult to have a conversation with someone. please fix this 🥺

the new update has put the stickers into a rounded square box. It looks tacky and horrible.. please get rid of these boxes 🥺

I love this app, but after the last couple updates, mine and other account names have disappeared from playlists.. and also, the lyrics still won’t load. Can you look into these issues, please?

I’ve sent quite a few reports and reviews about this issue already, but please bring the ‘typing’ feature back. It makes having a conversation with someone difficult without it.

the recent update was useless. i still can’t see typing and it stresses me out.. also, for the past few days, i now have to like a message and then hold the little heart icon just so i can unsend that message, which is a bit annoying.. just stop fixing things that don’t need fixing, and focus on the things that do, please.. 🙄

for the past few days, maybe since the last update, there’s been heating issues with instagram, as in my phone has been getting quite hot. also, typing hasn’t been showing up at all in the chat when the other person is messaging me. please look into this.

Ever since the latest version of the Amazon Music App was released, I’ve encountered nothing but problems. Downloaded the app okay. Signed in and Password done, the installation of my music library never gets past halfway and therefore I can’t access any of my music that I have purchased. Very frustrating as I have tried at leat fifteen times with no success. Contacted Customer Service and he was as baffled as I am to what’s going on. Not very happy with the amount of money I have spent to subscribe and the amount of money that I have purchased in my music library that I can’t even play.

Two of my playlists have disappeared from my profile, and I haven’t deleted or removed them at all, as I can still find them when I search… I’ve tried restarting the app, I’ve tried logging out, and I’ve also tried restarting my phone, but nothing seems to work… I don’t know how or why this has happened, I’m just really confused… 🤷‍♀️

I already left a review about this, but the problem has gotten worse now… I can still only play one song on a playlist, as it just stops completely when it’s finished, and nothing else will play. At first I’d close and reopen the app, but now that doesn’t work at all, even if I try it a few times. The only temporary fix is deleting the app and reinstalling it, which I shouldn’t have to do… so, I’m not happy. Just fix your damn app, please 😒

i love spotify, but since the last update, i haven’t been able to listen to a playlist without it stopping after just one song, and i have to keep closing the app and reopening it to play the next song, only for it to go off after that one too… ☹️

Since the last update, I haven’t been able to see if anyone’s online, or when they last were, despite having activity status switched on. All it shows me is their username where the online status should be. It seems a lot of people are having a similar issue, and the new update hasn’t even fixed it… this is just really annoying now! 😡

Have been using this app for my music since its inception. Loved it to bits until about five days ago since the latest app update. It’s taking an age to show album tracks, in fact I’ve clocked it at over three minutes buffering. Got this app on two different devices, one with the older app version and one with this latest one. Used them at the same time to add an album to my music collection. The older version took around three seconds and the latest version of the app at three minutes and fifteen seconds. Wish I could reverse this update and go back to the last version😖 This app has been updated three times in the last week alone. Gone from five stars to one star and all because of the updates which have slowed its usefulness down to zero. Have got the older version on another device which is worthy of five stars, but this is dreadful. Album art does not load, it buffers for minutes at a time, it freezes and cuts out. Have sent three reviews regarding the problem up to now, but nothing has been done about it.I can see from other recent reviews that it isn’t just me who is having this problem. Glad that I have still got the much loved older app version on my iPad and other device. Oh happy days. 😤. Don’t know what has happened to this app, new update on the 5th of May and has gone as bad as can be. Put a couple of albums in my collection and then removes the odd one. Just leave things alone and stop updating this app when it’s fine as it is. 😡

I love the pedometer, I look at it as soon as I have finished my walk, It’s nice to know how far, how long, how many steps and calories I have done/used on my walk.

Since the data protection update on the 26 th May, I have been unable to do any Speedtests. The initial Let’s do your privacy options page then moves on to the Privacy notice page. When I press done the screen goes back to the Privacy option page once again. This is happening on the three mobile phones in this household.
