Overall I have no issues with the game other than the lag that sometimes takes place and toxic ppl in games [ which is pretty tolerably ]
However, but chat service in NetEase Youdao is incredibly rude. I was not informed that my order for the Truth and Inference package was cancel and wanted to ask why it was cancelled. Yes they told me I was the one who cancelled it but I told them I didn’t and was hoping they would show me proofs that I did asked for a cancellation. They were very rude towards me. I apologies for being very annoying for insistently messaging for help but I am just a customer who wishes to know why my order was cancelled without informing me. I sincerely hope you will at least teach that person to reply better to customer service AND give you customers a heads up if their order is cancelled. Thank you for taking your time to read my review.

Game started getting lager and lager through the updates.

When you play as Hunter, you will see alot of speed hackers and Aimbots. Likewise when you play as survivor, the match making and team is just meh. Hunter can just defeat your teammate even before the first decode complete. Nerf alot of survivor or just banned those hackers. Match making is the worst.
