Overall I have no issues with the game other than the lag that sometimes takes place and toxic ppl in games [ which is pretty tolerably ]
However, but chat service in NetEase Youdao is incredibly rude. I was not informed that my order for the Truth and Inference package was cancel and wanted to ask why it was cancelled. Yes they told me I was the one who cancelled it but I told them I didn’t and was hoping they would show me proofs that I did asked for a cancellation. They were very rude towards me. I apologies for being very annoying for insistently messaging for help but I am just a customer who wishes to know why my order was cancelled without informing me. I sincerely hope you will at least teach that person to reply better to customer service AND give you customers a heads up if their order is cancelled.
