It was fine until few months ago. As a business owner, I like to bill out late fee on my phone quickly but since last few months, it crashes and closes when clocked on billing under any child’s account. I complained about it no one did anything and said that my phone may be old. I have iPhone and it’s not old.
It will be good if Procare looks into this issue rather than pointing things on other side. We must have had issue and that’s why reached out.

While the app itself is lovely and great for updates, it constantly will not save when teachers add updates. We had an entire day where no updates went through from 10 AM - 4:00 PM other than photos, with multiple feedings, diapers, and naps all not showing even though they were logged.

I love being able to get updates and pics of my little one! I would recommend to anyone!

Great app for parents

Great app!

My daughter is in preschool & I love getting updates throughout the day about what she’s doing. I like that it’s private and only the caregivers and parents whose children are signed into childcare that day get the updates. It also makes the sign-in/out process safe and easy. Her caregivers and I can also privately message each other in the app. It’s really convenient and I enjoy it!

This app keeps me updated on my child’s activities and progress everyday all day! You can’t ask for anything better!
