It was fine until few months ago. As a business owner, I like to bill out late fee on my phone quickly but since last few months, it crashes and closes when clocked on billing under any child’s account. I complained about it no one did anything and said that my phone may be old. I have iPhone and it’s not old. It will be good if Procare looks into this issue rather than pointing things on other side. We must have had issue and that’s why reached out.

It used to work fine but lately it keep showing “session timeout” and app doesn’t work.
