I had lost my remote and was close to buying a new frame. At the last minute I decided to inquire with the Nixplay customer service to see what the cost would be for a new remote. To my surprise , Martin replied within minutes to tell me the remote would be replaced free of charge. The expeditious reply and free replacement made my day. There are many types of digital frames to buy, but you can’t beat the quality of the Nixplay frames and the awesome customer service. The app is user friendly and very helpful with the FAQs as well. It is easy to navigate and find the info you need to meet your needs. |

Customer Support I had trouble finding my password. Joe helped and was very patient with me and I once again love my Nixplay frame. I can now add a new playlist and add more photos. |

Nixplay remote By GranmaCat I recently contacted Nixplay support because my grandson lost my remote to my Nixplay frame and I needed to know how to turn it off manually. Right away I was contacted by Joe who assured me the remote would be replaced. I was flabbergasted because I usually have to go through 10 people to get such results from most companies. Joe referred the situation promptly, and within about 10 days, I had a replacement remote at no cost. What excellent customer service this company has. I enjoy my Nixplay so much, and this was truly a good experience. |

Martin saves the day! By MaryLouiseJ I got the frame as a gift from my family for Christmas and was so excited to be able to keep up with the photos from my eleven siblings, seven children, 20 grandchildren and soon to be 10 great grandchildren as well as all their families and significant others. The Internet at my senior living complex is not always the best, so when my frame would not connect after an outage, and I got locked out of my Nixplay account, Martin was very helpful as well as knowledgeable in getting my frame back up and running as well as helping me reset my password. He was very patient with me as well, and completely understood all of my issues and helped me resolve them all fairly quickly. Thank you so so much Martin, excellent job! |

Great Customer Service Hats off to Maris in customer service! I had a login problem with my Nixplay frame and was very concerned I would lose access to irreplaceable photos. After I contacted Nixplay Customer Service, Maris reached out to me and quickly walked me through my login issue. It would be great if all companies performed like this! |
