To my surprise , Martin replied within minutes to tell me the remote would be replaced free of charge. The expeditious reply and free replacement made my day. There are many types of digital frames to buy, but you can’t beat the quality of the Nixplay frames and the awesome customer service. The app is user friendly and very helpful with the FAQs as well. It is easy to navigate and find the info you need to meet your needs.
