	Best KETO app available! Extremely flexible. Has great features and excellent macros tracking. Add your own foods and recipes and mix and match for each meal to keep your macros balanced. You can also choose from dozens of premium meals that are included in the app, with new ones being added constantly. 	I decided to sign up for the quarterly subscription, as it seemed I could do everything in one place, rather than use separate apps. Turns out it was a complete waste of money. The fasting feature, in particular, is way too basic, and I don't get a fast total display, which ALL other (free) fasting apps do. Plus it only gives 15 minute increments for start/end time. Many of our users reach their goals without ever upgrading to Premium. An advertisement to upgrade to Premium should only appear 1x a day or any time you tap on a Premium feature.
