Ref number 42737817: item perfectly described and shown in the photos, but Vestiaire accepted the buyer's complain about color being different.The buyer sent VC a photo taken in very dark environment, just because she (probably) did not like the earrings. I provided photos taken in natural day light (no sun, very cloudy, but near the window) and the earrings are exactly as shown in the listing on VC. Update: you review what? You accepted the return in a second! You did not even study the photos!

The app is poorly designed. Their procedures are outdated. The in app chat is with extremely poorly trained customer service reps.

Update - several months later I'm still getting notifications and I have asked for the account to be closed several times. They emailed and say they will delete the account, then just close the request for No reason!!! Original feedback - No way to stop notifications. They will email and send notifications several times a day. When you turn off in settings it still happens. The customer service says it takes a month to take effect but nearly 6 weeks later I still get them.

My first time shopping from Vestiaire. I was looking for this Diesel bag and it's sold out in North America. Found it here. The transaction is pretty smooth. Waited for about a week from seller sending it to vestiare hub, authentication and stuff, and finally to my front door. I had a good experience so far. Currently waiting for another order.
