Good app for Android phone

When I first subcribed and downloaded charts I found I was unable to access them on any other device. Support function was unable to solve the problem I cancelled my subscription, uninstalled app installed it on different clean tablet and reinstated my subscription. I can't download the charts I bought or log into my account or contact support. The relevant screens just appear as white boxes. What a disastrous app.
