Drivers don't benefit and fuel is too expensive in zambia so i don't see any good in this

I experienced a problem on Monday I left something valuable in the Uber and when I tried calling the driver he did not pick up and then I eventually complained but until today it is not resolved yet and Uber also states that they also can't get a hold of the driver. So meaning I should just accept that they are incompetent and cannot help me with my case. So I will never ever use their app again.

A bunch of scammers,uber is better,safer and more high quality services than this company.
