There's little more frustrating then and app that doesn't cater to a password manager and allow seamless opening of it. I have no idea what my password is and I'm not going to open my password manager separately to find it. I won't use the app

I've had the app as long as I've been with them, it use to work fantastic until this last year when the same card I've used can't ever be processed now. They tried saying it was the banks fault until I explained I pay other bills with the same card with no issue. Can't pay through the app at all with the only card I have, but if I call in it'll work with no issue even on the automated system, just a lot of hassle for something simple

Pretty easy to use. Good user interface that tells me all the information I need to know about my insurance.

Locked out after three tries this sucks. I'm trying to log in to see about my renewal since I haven't logged in since over a year ago. It's so frustrating. Now I have to wait 30 minutes. Making me think twice about renewing my membership if this is going to happen again a year later.

For years, this app showed the closest club over 10 miles away in another county, even though the closest is 1.7 miles from me. The latest update has even made it worse. Although the closest club is now in the same county, it's nearly 14 miles away.
