I've had the app as long as I've been with them, it use to work fantastic until this last year when the same card I've used can't ever be processed now. They tried saying it was the banks fault until I explained I pay other bills with the same card with no issue. Can't pay through the app at all with the only card I have, but if I call in it'll work with no issue even on the automated system, just a lot of hassle for something simple

I signed up for the trial, and still could not access any of the features on this app without it prompting me repeatedly to sign up again for the trial. I even checked my Google Play Store to make sure I was on the trial and I was, closed out the app completely, restarted it, and nothing changed, still prompted to sign up for the trial.

Downloaded just for the fun of it because I use to love this game so much, I can't even get the game to load, it just sits there on a black screen. I've force stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. You'd think the devs would know there's an issue and would have it fixed but nothing.

App is always crashing on me, they took out 10$ from my account for "savings" but it's not on my Albert savings, so I'm missing $10 and can't get anyone to contact to give me my unauthorized $10 back. Instead of being able to repay my instant when I get paid I get told I have no money in my bank account, so then they code their repayment differently than they have before and put my account in the negative. Getting rid of this app for good and giving up on my $10 that's missing.

App doesn't open, stays stuck on the green loading screen. Contacted support, gave proof of app being up to date, time lapses of it not changing the screen etc, just get told to update app. Not even worth trying to get it to work anymore. Can't redeem any rewards if there's even any that catch my eye. Would give 0 stars if I could for the simple fact they can't even fix the app to work even after an "update" that was on Oct 21st. 🙄

It's good if you don't mind missing out on photos or making certain choices, storylines are enjoyable, there are ways to earn extra gems but so far some of the options given to me don't pay out much unless I want to pay for a service to get a good amount of gems..which the gems don't last long when you have 300 gems for a picture then a choice is anywhere from 150 to 300 gems as well, all within the same text chapter. So if you don't mind not seeing most of the pictures or anything try this game

Good stories but just wish the cost to read the stories weren't too bad or that the wait time to read free chapters wasnt over a week.

Would be a lot better if it would stop crashing after every painting, or if I could get perks like a new paint board etc without it crashing or lagging out. Other than that it's a decent time passer.
