hello, greetings! I have been using this app for almost 7 years now and it went so well. But currently, I'm having problem with receiving new books and magazines specifically the new watchtowers and workbooks. I really don't know what the problem is . I always use my phone during meetings and wherever I am since it's convenient and easy. I do not have to bring hardcopies of these books and magazines with me since everything can be accessed here.. I hope you would acknowledge and fix it. Thankyou

My app can not open reference materials whenever I open the mid week meeting work book not even the Bible . Please solve this.

This app is great and perfect for learning

This app is amazing it was really helpful to find many different publications and different videos so much quicker than before, there is such a large variety of pu locations to choose from on the app which makes really helpful to continue my personal study a lot easier in an at home setting rather than going around the house searching for a hard copy all time.

Wonderfully easy to navigate, lots of material, so many different choices for languages and tools for the ministry, I love it. This app itself is a witness to Jehovah!
