I find it very useful before the update. Now it no long show total amount of credit and total amount of debt across all accounts.

I get all these message about improving. How about get the information right to begin with and will be much improved!

Information is not always updated correctly. I notice the app offers to send you notifications no matter what, but I don’t feel it’s worth receiving notifications if the notifying being given is incorrect information.
I applied for a credit card, was successful with the application, but 1 month after paying off the card, the credit score app did not report my credit card payment information the very best.
I’m disappointed with customer service in general, hopefully they will improve one day!

I was forced to switch to Credit Karma from Mint. Credit Karma offers 80% less tracking and money management tools than Mint. Instead all they try to do is sell you on more credit cards. Will b deleting app and find another app that can help me track my spenditures.

Intuit, credit karma’s parent company suggests credit karma as a replacement for their now defunct mint app. Credit karma is nothing near a replacement for mint. I’ve used it for tracking my credit for years, but there are a dozen companies that offer the same. Since intuit canned mint, I’m also closing credit karma and all intuit apps. Goodbye Intuit.

I was a huge fan of how Mint broke down purchases into categories and allowed you to set budgets. I feel like Credit Karma makes this much more difficult to do. I do like that it shows all my balances in one place and gives an estimate of credit score but my primary reason for having Mint was for budgeting and after having to transition to Credit Karma, I really don’t enjoy it as much and find it more frustrating to use.

The lovely Mint app was theoretically absorbed into this excessively complicated new app withy the awful name. CK is hard to navigate, limited to iPhone size and seems to be trying to sell me things I don’t want. If you want to see something useful, like your bank balance, CK wont give you that. What it will do—constantly—is hawk ways for you to get credit cards, loans, ways to get into debt. It’s not just a bad app, its kinda immoral too.
