Two issues—perhaps the fault is mine, but if I can’t find things on the app easily, I tend to blame the app architecture
1- I was advised that I could vote my proxy for xon stock on line, but was given no link directly to it and couldn’t find it on the app.
2- I recently wanted to send a letter over the secure serving and found it very difficult where I could do that. Finally got there, but don’t really know how. A “send a message” button would be a great addition to the app.

The lovely Mint app was theoretically absorbed into this excessively complicated new app withy the awful name. CK is hard to navigate, limited to iPhone size and seems to be trying to sell me things I don’t want. If you want to see something useful, like your bank balance, CK wont give you that. What it will do—constantly—is hawk ways for you to get credit cards, loans, ways to get into debt. It’s not just a bad app, its kinda immoral too.

Ive been using Safari happily for years now and it always worked just fine. About a month ago it stopped loading; would very occasionally come back and then fail to load again. Support suggestions are useless. I now use another browser, but still have frustrations with Safari since it is the browser that should open links in my emails. But doesn’t.

The app is not well designed for easy navigation.

Apple apparently bought the great weather app called Dark Sky to incorporate some of its features into its own weather app. Is it any good? Yes, of course, its pretty good. Is it as good as Dark Sky was? Not even close!
But not being nearly as good as Dark Sky is only part of the problem. Apple has lost some serious allegiance to its brand by destroying something users liked found quite wonderful and replaced it with something quite ordinary.

The Apple announcements clear up thing; explain nothing and have certainly shaken my faith in Apple. Well unsure if my presumptions are correct, Ive tried this app to see if it is as good as Dark Sky. It isn’t. But it is not horrible either, just a shade dopier. And what pray tell are those little green sperm running across the map? Wind direction? If so, say so.
As you might expect, if your are a sentient being, it will cost a lot more too—$120 buck a year to check the weather and watch the sperm float by.

Life is too short to waste time with too quirky apps.

And yet another problem: screen freezes and a quick—- and I mean quick— hardly time to read it— says something like “Out of home”. What does that mean? It means you can’t use the app at all.
Another great failure: The Guide works sporadically. And when it doesn’t (often) there is no way to navigate.

As with a lot of products these day—most perhaps, they rate wonky messes with complex instructions, numerous steps for set up, constant need for updates, designed primarily for someone who wants to spend all their time doing computer stuff.
If thats your bag you’ll love this goofuss.

There is something terribly confusing about this app. At the top there is a panel showing the weather hourly, which is great. But the next panel, labeled today, show completely different weather. I cant figure it out. Something is wrong here.

What more can one say. The app doesn’t work. I cant even open the Guide. I just want the news—but cant get anything but a few odd channels I never would watch

And now a brand new problem has arisen. I can’t watch TV at all this morning but instead get a red label warning that says there is a problem and should try again later. Nothing more infuriating then to be told there is a problem but not saying what the problem is.
You can solve this problem by deleting and reinstalling the app, but that again takes time.

Come on! I know news needs ads to survive, but one for every story is a bit much. Remember, no one likes ads; indeed, people hate ads.

The app locks me in to a single page quite often and I cannot move on. Can’t go forward or back.
The only fix is to delete the app and reinstall which is a pain. The previous app worked just fine but this will certainly cut down on my Amazon purchases.

Remember, each one of these steps takes 50-90 seconds at a minimum. Whether or not that’s Optimims fault I can’t say. The internet does not alway respond quickly but I’m sure their program doesn’t address that as a problem.
But I think this is clear: the primary reason people surf the TV screen is to get away from commercials. May I never have to hear from Car Stream and similar offensive ads.
But avoiding these hucksters requires an app that understands what it’s customers really want and helps them to achieve that goal, not inhibit it.

Now that we get more and more packages from Amazon, I find that Deliveries can’t help you follow Amazon deliveries at all. The Amazon tracking number can be entered, but it doesn’t work at all. That’s really too bad because the app was very good for UPS and FEDEX, but a lot now comes by Amazon direct. Would be nice if they could correct is more, major difficulty.
The apps latest configuration, going to a subscription format, has turned this simple to use app into a bit of a mess. Sorry to see such a well made app turn stupidly complex.

This is an absolutely awful app. I can’t find words to describe just how bad it is.
But I have found a solution. When it freezes, simply delete it and download it again. With a little luck you will not have to do this more than 3-4 times per hour, which, depending on your download speed may allow you to watch say, 20 minutes of every hour.
Yes, that’s how bad it is.
And it has now added a new wrinkle. Every now and then (roughly three times a week, it will suddenly deny you access to any channels, without explanation and require you to sign in multiple times which will rarely work. Best solution: wait two to three days and it might come back. No guarantees. This crowd can’t guarantee anything except that they will cash your check.
And now for a further frustration: the app now take a good 30 seconds to switch from one channel to another.
Can Optimum possibly find even more frustrating things for this app.
