Nachdem ich in der App versucht habe, das Masterpasswort zu ändern, wird immer eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt und ich kann mich nur noch im Browser anmelden. Dort fehlen die Hälfte meiner Passwörter, Notizen und Kreditkarten. Der Support-Link, der in den Antworten auf andere Bewertungen, genannt wird, ist nur für Kunden mit kostenpflichtigen Angeboten, also für die meisten unbrauchbar. Ich zahle für den Password Manager, aber erst, wenn er funktioniert

I have been satisfied with this app for a long time. However, for the past few months, when it pops up with login and password suggestions, I see nothing due to the white font on a white background. That's terrible. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help. --- Uninstall and reinstall does not fix the issue

Mobile dark mode broken. When auto fill pops up, the text is white and the background is white. I can't see what I'm clicking on. It's the ONLY problem I have with avira, but it's serious enough that it brings it from 5stars to 1 star.

Was good rating 5 star until I switched to S24 ultra. Somehow, it is incompatible with this device. Notifications are blocked and can not be enabled. Shows white strip instead of clear text prompts. Un-installed and reinstalled, still same problem. Avira developers should seriously take up this issue and resolve it at the earliest. I received a standard reply with a few other email contacts for further help. Unfortunately, all those links were inoperative. I am back to square one. Ridiculous

Auto complete is not working on Samsung Galaxy 24 ultra

I've had this app for a couple years and have very happy with it. But, in the last several months it no longer recognizes log in screens. I have to copy the user name from the app, paste it in the user name field, then copy and paste the password. The app always asks copy password? afterwards. If I say yes to that, it makes no difference to Avira performance. I keep my systems and apps updated. Also, Avira offers NO customer support for this app. NOTHING in Avira's response is helpful.
