The app is pretty great compared to the shop. The platform has so much to offer. I really love this company however in the last year or two customer service has become atrocious. Not just unhelpful and not knowledgeable, but incredibly rude. The amount of spam from fake Shopify experts is unreal. But if you can find you a real expert you'll have support again. Software is fabulous, the human aspect is extremely lacking.

If I'm honest, it's the Pokemon brand that makes me love it more than the game itself. You have to live near stops for the game to actually work correctly. You can travel to areas with stops so you can get the game to spawn correctly but making the trip only for the game to not load or glitch really isn't fun. Now they seem to be bleeding everyone financially. I don't mind paying for games. I spend money in this game but $10 - $20 per event it excessive. $1 - $10 for achievements is wild.

As a Google Fi customer, I turn off my mobile data to conserve it while at home on wifi. This app keeps turning my mobile data settings back on and using my mobile data in my home. This service is also who's charging me extra for mobile data used over my allotted amount. Seems a bit dishonest that the app has the ability to use my data after I've turned it off in settings. I've even set mobile data limits and this app is still able to get around them.

It's a nice concept but it doesn't work. It's constantly losing connection so you can't use it as a schedule it and forget it. You need to watch over it. The mobile app deletes posts. So back up everything!! I bought the lifetime plan so I'm kinda stuck. It's not like most lifetime plans that keep growing with the company. It's now the bottom option. Seriously disappointing purchase. I wanted it to work, but it's a struggle. I've now purchased a new service.

Customer service is a nightmare. App consistently reports prices wrong. It reported the incorrect price for BTC for months. It's extremely limited as far as reporting, and that's if the reporting is correct in the first place. News links are constantly broken. The browser it's using is garbage. Seriously the only thing worse than the app not working is customer service. I canceled Pro. It's not worth it. They'll say "contact support" after reading how bad support is.

Scam App I'm just leaving this review to warn people. I saw it when looking for the Wave Accounting app. This isn't the same developers guys. You're looking for Wave HQ as a developer. Their product feature is called Wave Money but not their app.

Nice app, just got priced out. I'd say it's tailored to those eating processed foods as a main part of their diet. The barcode feature is cool, but when you don't eat a lot of prepackaged foods it's not very helpful and data entry becomes more labor intensive. That's one of it's biggest selling points, ease in entry. I find paying the yearly fee just to access my macros a bit pricey. Not as great for those with a whole food diet.

All recent payment nonsense aside, the app doesn't even consistently keep your place anymore.

Platform seems to be struggling with usage. Constant crashes. Updates on the platform flash between old and new versions. Features aren't fully rolled out and causes problems if you have more than one account at different update points. There are people mass reporting accounts to remove them and the only "support" you get are accounts running scams replying to posts pretending to be support.

They lie and want you to pay to expand their game. Game is pretty fun, as far as concept. I travel a lot so I thought it'd be fun. Their infrastructure is seriously lacking. They've only rolled out in large cities. Many cities & towns don't have one single stop. To include the city I live in. When you ask them to expand they say they cannot. "It's impossible the way the game is set up." Funny though, I set up my business with an account just to see, they'll let me buy stops and gyms.

Dishonest at best. I've been playing this game for a few years. They first changed the coin they used then they removed everyone's earnings and progress. Whipped clean and deleted. Now they want you to pay actual cash to progress again? What a scam.

Functionality is garbage. If you open the dryer door it will refuse to start again and you have to move to another dryer and purchase a new load. There are constant connection issues (only with this app). When processing a refund you have to wait minimum of two days and cannot start another until the other processes. It's a disaster. Absolutely no customer support.

Doesn't really give you the free trial as it claims. Nice idea. Doesn't give an accurate display of what machines are available. Only shows if they are in use. Will say available even if machines are out of order.

The app is glitch and caused devices to lock up and freeze. No longer works on the Kindle. And any Android device can be switched to guest mode bypassing the monitoring. Even when blocking settings, which is already ridiculous to have to do.

Now that I'm working with a realtor, I'm also finding out a lot of the information is really old or just incorrect. Also a lot of the satellite images don't match the addresses. Not bad. Has some issues with their seed phrases generating duplicate words within the phrase. Love the idea that you can send to other users for free with a username much easier to remember than a wallet address. Please understand there is no customer service with Coinbase so use at your own risk. Ignore the reviews complaining about fees. They don't understand crypto. They are confusing Ethereum gas fees with Coinbase fees. All Ethereum wallets have the same fees.
