Help. The interface turned into chinese language all of the sudden. I can't read chinese. 🥹

Just updated the app and now there's another update again. Even sending messages is difficult. !!! The new feature really made a mess. The message encryption hardly helps.

I have observed a lot of minors using this app. Function wise its good but there should've been an identity verification during sign up for this app atleast as protection for minors.

Not a good payment option. Better use the classic card payment than this one to save yourself from embarrasment and wasting other people's time in the queue.

Would appreciate if the feature of having a notification everytime an order is fulfilled in coins pro. Another suggestion would be to add a sound in coins pro everytime an order is fulfilled while the app is open.

Once you hunt those pair of wolves in the next island, the game would hang and you could only restart. Then its a vicious cycle. You cant play since once you restart the game, you are back at the scene of hunting the wolves.

In terms of fund security, I find Maya the best. Their crypto function is not good though and not very comprehensive I had to switch to gcash.

The app has deteriorated instead after many updates. I mainly use this app for tracking my data usage, now it won't even show my data balance despite many refreshes. Please fix this. Note: Here we are again with the same issue. Its back again.

Definitely will no longer use this platform for any transaction. Very slow customer service response. P. S. Cs responded but little relevance. Its been more than a week and my problem was not resolved. Definitely never making any transaction witht his platform again.

I shouldn't have had hopes for this app after seeing the reviews. Even simple exporting from pdf to word gets everything jumbled up.

It takes too long to get yourself a driver. Even the map function when choosing for pick up point is anomalous.

Updates should not be made mandatory especially if it is a useless update such as an event. There should be minor and major updates and only on major update should be made mandatory.

I thought the new update will fix it from being unable to receive instapay transfers. It didn't. Instead, so much errors has occured.

I got an awful customer service experience here. I am calling to address my concern but the costumer service are really rude. What they did is unreasonable. They asked me to wait until Oct 21 for my ticket and I waited, that day I called and it automatically ended. My concern was that I need the phone number changed since what was used was inactive. What happened was all my disclosed phone number was blocked. I used an undisclosed phone number and it goes through. Is this how you solve concerns?

I suggest you to not limit the cashout option from $10. It would be good if we are able to cashout whatever amount we have in our balance.

I am rating it 5 because although the control in android is very hard, not good at all but in pc, it is a very excellent game. I recomment everyone to play this in PC instead of using your phone. The controls in android app is horrible.
