Overall the product is good(3.5 stars). I have been using it over the past 8 years and enjoy not having to get up early or rush home to feed my dog. The 2 issues I have are 1. On my 3rd feeder as parts break and 2. The app does not allow for individual feeding setting. (I.e fast feed in morning and slow feed in evening).

So the premise of this app is good but the execution is flawed. You pay for better visibility and even with paying you are still not guaranteed anything. If you are inactive then they will throttle your account down and your profile will not be seen but yet you are still paying. As a paying customer whether I am actively using the service, I am still paying. If accountablity is part of your mission statement then the algorithms should be set and consistent. Shouldn't change like the weather.

While I get the benefits of a paid account, it's glaring how bad it is when you change to non paid account. I went from 1 like in paid account to 34 in non paid account. See the problem here???

These cameras are great. I have 3 of them(2 indoor and 1 outdoor). I like them outside of the fact that you cant turn off the cameras status light any longer. An update was made and the status light is always on
