I'm a member 2.5 years, spent a lot of money and i was a verified user since an issue from the app happened. They forced me to do KYC again ( till i can spend money but i cannot sell or withdraw, also cannot write on the news feed or ask for help ! Ridiculous! ) I've sent all the correct documents in and they denied it without giving a single word of explanation! No answer from support either ! (same ticket) Huge disappointment! I'll change my rating if they solve the problem!
