Can't confirm my identity and "Genius" literally does not respond to texts

Made my final loan payment by money order and sent photographic proof of the money order and envelope as requested. It has been weeks, they haven't processed my payment, and they're now reporting my payment as late despite having proof that I paid weeks ago. They won't even confirm that they have received the envelope. It's been weeks. There's no way they haven't. So my payment is sitting there while they destroy my credit with full awareness that I paid.

Predatory credit card and one of their customer service reps tried getting my full social security number over the phone, claiming he couldn't look up my account using any other information.

Unplayable due to ads and they won't let me pay to turn them off????

They've been holding the money from a failed transaction for 6 days now. I have no money left. They won't do anything to remove the charge or give me my money back.

Filled my tank because I was supposed to get cash back. Spent $50 more than I would have. I thought it would be worth it to be broke for a couple days to have a full tank of gas and get cash back. I didn't get anything from Downside. Stayed broke for a week.

Worthless. If I had a high bank balance, I wouldn't request a loan.

Update: they stopped approving me after thousands of dollars of on-time payments. Hundreds of dollars a month, never missed a payment. But they suddenly can't help me. That's okay, you can have 1 star now instead of 5.

Another app that steals money indirectly. Doesn't allow you to downgrade your membership in the app. Makes you go to the website. Doesn't work. Call the customer service number. Doesn't work. There's nothing but an automated message telling you to email them. Trust and believe that they know it's this difficult to downgrade your membership. This is a part of how they make money.

Had ONE paycheck that was lower because I am teaching summer school with an irregular schedule. They reduced my limit to $50. When I get a smaller paycheck, that's when I need the advance, you scum. I was happy with this service and now it's deleted and I'm never using it again. Screwing me once is all it takes.

Gopuff delivery got three times faster recently. It was already my favorite app, but now I have no complaints at all. 💯

This app is ghetto. The camera in the app didn't focus properly to scan my ID (everything in the background was crystal clear but the ID was blurry no matter what I did lol) and the facial recognition also didn't work. I gave up after three attempts.
