Used to be good. The inbuilt parental controls were the reason I purchased this router. Now, it won’t work consistently. Today, I can’t open the Circle app OR get into the router settings. I am currently researching replacement routers with inbuilt parental controls that definitely won’t be Netgear!

Like the robot, hate the app. It takes longer for the app to connect than it does to actually vacuum. More often than not, it doesn't connect at all. I certainly can't plan to do a qick vacuum job!

Does everything I want it to do, except scan products to add to the shopping list.

Why do I need to get an SMS for verification? We get no mobile signal where I live and by the time I get somewhere to access the SMS, the code has expired. I've just about reached the point of ditching the app. It's s o frustrating that everyone just assumes that everyone else has mobile phone access!!

My son installed this yesterday. His first comment was ‘They’ve really dumbed it down!' It seems many others agree! The main reason I open the app is to see what my power is doing in real time. So I have no use for the new app, even though the old one only opens when it feels like it, it is still better than having no access to the Envoy at all. So 5 stars for realizing you needed you needed to develop a new app. NO stars for dumbing it down and making it even less useful than it already was!

Just started using this app and have realised that I can't use more than one filter at a time.eg I'm coeliac BUT would also like to filter for sugar. I can't do both. Maybe a future update could allow for more than one option.

I used to love it enough to overlook the really, really annoyingly looooong
ads, BUT since a recent update, it freezes, freezes my phone and I can't
play the lightning round any more. There is too much wrong with it now to
overlook the annoyances and I've decided to uninstall it if the problems
aren't fixed soon.

Not bad but quite difficult to navigate - not intuitive at all! All the diet menu plans have more calories than I need to eat and there is no way to change quantities or ingredients used in the recipes (eg cut down the cream or omit the bernaise sauce). So I am having to work out my own menus. Therefore I was really happy when the barcode scanner was introduced thinking it would cut down the time taken to do this. BUT virtually nothing I scan is in the database. Any plans for adding the option of using the Australian food database?

...after only a few days. I'm hoping reinstalling will help. I would have purchased a much cheaper set of scales if I'd realised I was still going to have to write down all the readings every day. And no, reinstalling hasn't helped. VERY disappointing 😠
