I keep constantly signing in by entering ID # or email address with password. My phone has fingerprint recognition. Somehow, the fingerprint recognition is not connecting which speedup signing on. THIS APP IS NOTHING LIKE AAA APP. Allstate app needs improvement. The only thing I should be doing to sign in is using my fingerprint, password or face recognition. Not putting in id # or email address every time I sign in. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

I enjoy the app. However. I wish the app could adjust in settings to announce quarter mile or half a mile announcement . Better yet, have SPRINT FUNCTION INCLUDED. Such as 100-yard dash, etc.

It appears that everything is now subscription. Subscription keeps you paying on some things that's not worth it. Remote works, but subscription is not worth it. The option of one-time payment is 👌. I try to prejudice myself against subscriptions. Once again, it is not worth the continuous payments.

For the fourth time my app stopped working. I contacted tmobile tech and the tmobile tech couldn't figure out what the problem is. I am unable to open the app. The app says connecting error, try again. When in the past I had this problem the tech corrected the problem, however not this time. So. I will contact tmobile again to figure out this problem. I will probably have uninstall and reinstall turn the phone on and off. Or shut off my wi fi server and turn it back on. One more thing,

The app can stand some improvements like being able to pair camera, letting your the temperature of the vehicle, turn off alarm system completely while being repair.

I had app for some time now. Now, I am having problems. I tried to reinstall app with no success. Update : be careful with this app. This caused me to go into an overdrafts. Money is not accurate. I thought I had money in my account and I have been hit with several $29 overdraft fees.
