Docusign had a one time payment that I signed up for my job. This account type is labeled free, it's a standard account. I've used three documents on the day I signed for my job a year ago. My account is free and I just found out that Docusign has charged me $39.99 since Oct 24,2023. I want my money back and this Docusign account dissolved immediately.
