THIEVES! NO ESCALATION PROCESS FOR ERRANT PAYMENTS. THEY TOOK MY MONEY BUT THE PRODUCT DIDN'T WORK. FOR SEVERAL WEEKS NOW WILL NOT EVEN ADDRESS THE PROBLEM. JUST KEEP CLOSING THE TICKETS. Edit: They closed 4 of my tickets with no resolution - their reply is BOGUS.

Two problems with Lyft: 1. Customer service is non existent. When I had a lost item what should have been simple turned into a months-long ordeal. 2. App is buggy and won't take payment half the time. I don't have this problem with other apps. And again, no customer service. It's just a menu, no escalation even to a charbor. If it's not in the list it doesn't get solved.

Boring - it takes waaaay to long to do the simplest of tasks. I deleted the app after 4 days of blah.
