This was too complicated to figure out and seems to need business pages/profiles for social media, not personal ones. Wasn't usable for me or user friendly. Uninstalled promptly.

This is the third social media management app I've downloaded and not a single one makes it easy to use. This one is the only one I've found that doesn't require a business page but nothing seems to work. If I can't easily figure out how to use it, I don't want it. I deleted this app within half an hr.

Device won't connect to app, it has been connected for a long time, then I noticed it wasn't working. I have deleted the app, reinstalled, followed the instructions for connecting the device multiple times, it keeps saying device not found. Now it's not working at all. it's very laggy in recording. The sound and video don't match up. also, my husband can come in the house and all the way to the garage before it even alerts me that someone is at the door. I say "thanks, but I'm already dead" 🙄
