Could be good, but very temperamental. Videos will work some days, then other times not at all. Even less reliable when casting to a TV. Shuffle on YouTube generally is very poor, and often does nothing at all. It's a shame that the app experience let's down what should be a great music service.

Subscribe and save is so broken. Amazon process payments in a way thar causes transactions for Subscribe and Save to be rejected every month. This leads to loads of wasted time manually resubmitting payments, negating any convenience.

The incessant pop ups asking if I'm sharing my account are getting the point where I'm going to cancel my subscription on principle. Stop being so greedy and annoying your customers (subscriber since 2013, but not for much longer).

Tiktok gets 1 star until they sort out their opaque 'community guidelines' and how they enforce them. Tiktok is the worst for allowing horrible content to stay up while being heavy handed with very minor infringements with no meaningful appeal process. Now, bullies who know they're in the wrong know how to game the system to get innocent makers banned. This has to be fixed. EDIT- Now we have nausea inducing spinning menus which I can't seem to switch off.

One big UX flaw. When selecting an Office file the central button at the bottom of the screen is delete, but it then turns into an 'open with office' button. If the user knows this and is quicker than the app, they can accidentally delete their file by tapping the button while it's still a delete button. Could 'delete' be moved somewhere safer?

Platform is pushing hate mongers and the general experience is terrible since the takeover. No thanks. I'll go elsewhere.

NordVPN offer cashback and then come up with spurious non-specific reasons to not pay up. I've never had a company deal with cashback in such a disdainful way, so I'll be finding a more reputable VPN supplier in future.

An old fashioned approach to online banking which could do with an update. After being a Starling Bank customer, moving to Nationwide is like going back in time. No instant notifications of payments and a card reader is needed for a lot of transactions. In the age of smart phones, card readers are unnecessary and clunky. For an account that is supposed to be trying to compete with other online offerings, it's very outdated and a pain to use.

Booking system hasn't worked for ages, so is completely useless.

Come on Meta, spend a few dollars and make this app better. How about basic things like being able to filter out contacts, rather than randomly list everyone I've ever met? Or have favourites, or list more than two recent contacts? It seems like this app has not been updated in any real sense for years and is starting to look very clunky and dated.

Not liking the new look for the investment part of the app. It seems like all the information that I'm looking for, including the percentage returns are hidden an extra click away and below less regularly viewed information like the individual share distributions. It seems to be trying to be cleaner bit ends up being too busy. The old style was much better.

The app doesn't give reliable self isolation information. It told me to stop isolating early because it confused my daughter's test result with my own.

Much better than This is the Police 1 and 2. This has much more action and I love the turn based strategy. It's just a shame there isn't more variety in the weapons and perks. More please!

Might be playable if the cut scenes were much shorter. Unfortunately the mechanics are so much worse than Rebel Cops, I gave up after a few hours watching cut scenes and a much shorter period actually playing a game.

Apparently there's a game if you can get through the cut-scenes. I started by playing Rebel Cops and loved it, so thought I'd try this and its sequel. Both are filled with interminable cut-scenes interspersed with tiny amounts of gameplay.

Spent a load of money on iOS, now can't transfer progress after moving to Android. Almost every game out there can transfer progress between iOS and Android, but not this one for some reason. Complete rip off.

Would be great if they just dropped Fitbit Premium. Not only do Fitbit demand you pay a premium way above similar trackers from third parties, they think it's okay to sell you half an app unless you pay £8 a month - that's the sort of price you pay for Netflix. Sorry, but you're just gouging customers.

Good, but could be so much better. There should be an easier way to search through your subscriptions to find unlistened to context/episodes. New content is frequently available but doesn't show up on 'my sounds' and I have to manually search on a daily basis.

Is there even a Hive development team? I've had this system for years now and it seems stagnant. It doesn't even have basic functions like being able to save heating schedule profiles for different times of the year (it assumes we want the same all year round). I have to manually change all the settings twice a year for my 'summer' and 'winter's settings. Hive say I can 'suggest' this. Why not just implement it? Dropped the review to 1 star. Hive needs to spend less on PR and more on app dev.

Can't give this any more than 3* until they fix the sexism. Professor outfit can only be worn by men? That's just one example. Why are some outfits gender specific when they don't need to be? I won't let my daughter play this until this is changed.
