This app used to be perfect! And then the update happened, and everything is messed up. The interface is less user friendly, which was annoying but manageable. But the real problem is all the glitches. The life list wouldn’t update when I added a new bird, so I signed out and back in like it says to do in the frequently asked questions, and now all of the birds that I’ve added to my list in the last week are gone, and so are all of my sound recordings. I also can’t add a new bird to my life list- it’s deleted as soon as I add it, and all that will show is what I added before the update. If the glitches aren’t fixed I might have to delete this app, which is heartbreaking because I truly enjoy it.

Yesterday I couldn’t play any puzzles because I kept getting a message saying “there is no internet”. Everything else on my phone works, so I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Now all the colors are distorted and washed out, and it’s forcing me to do a tutorial again before it will even let me get to a menu to see if I can restore my progress. This is impossible to complete because the colors are so messed up that I can’t see the picture. I hope there will be a fix soon, because I spent time and money on this game.

This game hasn’t worked in weeks, I see there are multiple complaints and one star reviews referring to this and the developers have not responded once or tried to fix it. I guess they figure they already got our money so why bother. Wish I could give this zero stars.

It’s always taken several tries to get this game to open, but since the latest update it won’t open at all and crashes every time I try. I’m not deleting and redownloading it after all the money and progress I’ve put into it, so I guess I’m done with this game. It’s a shame because it’s actually really cute and fun when it works.
