This app crashes a lot, it won’t let you look at other things while playing in the background. I find self having to reopen the app, lose the song that was on, multiple times every use. Why can’t you work like other music apps?

It’s really hit or miss if you get the promotion they are claiming to have.

Please make it possible to remove your Real Winners! section that takes up 1/4 of the screen. It’s constantly moving, which is annoying, and it gives zero useful information. No one cares that Anonymous has 6 wins in a row. Seriously, it doesn’t even show what bets they won. Whoever thought having that was a good idea needs to get fired.

Okay, I got an email about this review, so let’s starts with what’s wrong:
App is super glitchy—place a bet, bet slip stays on the top of you screen until you restart app.
Scrolling down often doesn’t work, again, restart app.
iPad app - OMG what is that taking all up all the right hand side and why can’t I get rid of of it. I don’t care that “anonymous” has “17 wins in a row!”.
Your profit/odds boost are a joke. I’ll check the box for the boost, only to uncheck itself as the bet is processing.
Everything is so glitching in general. Using the app for 10min will mean having to restart at least 5 times during that time.

Very limited options on bets, but what’s almost annoying is the have promos, yet don’t like to fulfill them. I’ve been waiting for a “bet match” promo to be added to my account on a bet from a week ago.
There are far better places to waste your many, literally every sportsbook app I’ve used is better than this. But try to get whatever new account promo they have, just don’t be surprised if you never get it.

Good luck betting on live events, you don’t have enough time to even place a bet because they close bets within 2sec of updating odds.

Seriously. It’s been many years and your app still is not up to par with Alien Blue. Not worth the 5 years of premium or whatever I got for dropping it.

Why do I always get pop ups telling be to “check your orders” as if something is wrong, but I don’t have any orders. Why?

Can’t log in with username/password, can’t reset password, can’t do anything. But they sure have no problem taking my money every month

It’s not a new thing, and Nike is a global brand that should be able to do that.
It’s seriously better to just open the website on a browser on the iPad.

The game is what it is, but the app design is a perfect case for what not to do when designs sites/apps as a UX designer.
If the yellow letters mean something, why do you use a yellow background?
Why is the (exit from current game) button so close to the backspace button?
Did anyone try the app before putting it out? Do better.

Just download Google Maps or Waze at ANYTHING BESIDE THIS. This will make you late, and you will be at the wrong place anyway.

You make no sense in order to save a few characters.

I can’t see images and apparently every link tells me it’s sending me there under an old google acct I haven’t logged into in years.

It keeps asking you to sign in when you are already signed in, so it’s useless.
App sends you all over the place, to random PDFs, internal browsers that only open in desktop mode. This app is horrible and the developers should be fired if they haven’t been already.

You may find stuff for cheap. It will take a long time to arrive, the quality might be unacceptable, or may be something else entirely. And good luck with returns/customer service.
So sometimes it does work out, but don’t hold your breathe.

I just want scores

A big selling point of switching to Comcast mobile was the plan flexibility and how easy is was to switch plans at any point.
Fast forward almost 2 years and the app still cannot properly switch plans, so you then need to deal with their customer service, and hope they switch it correctly, or even switch it at all, as I’ve found out.

Why would you list leagues you don’t update with any scores, standings, etc? Everything is apparently in the “off season”
