I love this app, it’s great for common recipe ideas that are easy to make. I just wish they would let you select other store options for adding items to the cart for an easy experience. I don’t want to buy food from Walmart ever… Can you try a Kroger or something. Walmart is pretty sad… so we won’t ever be able to have the full experience of your app unless you pick a better grocery partner or at least give the user other retail choices- here select which grocery partner you’d like to check out with and there ya go.

All apps updated, has not been able to cast from iPad for over six months. Pretty useless to me now… iPads last 10 years or more don’t stop old iPads from being able to access paid streaming. Geesh what a way to lose subscribers.

For some reason the game doesn’t save right. It keeps reverting back to some version that it made up itself. You play for a half hour or so then save and then come back and it’s not there. The game reverts to some game with different characters all together and the one I’ve saved is totally gone doesn’t show up as a saved game to continue even though i made sure to save. Kind of pointless to even try to start over when you know it won’t save and pickup where you left it. Maybe someone else wants to waste a few hours on something that doesn’t work right.

The app is so slow it won’t even load any of the documents before freezing. The perks of the card aren’t ever caculated right. Once I called and they just said oh well. From all the review it’s clearly just a predator credit card. Avoid this one for sure.

Signed up for a gym membership and can’t get an account to use to check in or for any of the other features.
Clearly this company isn’t paying attention because this has been going on for months without a resolution.

Costco tries so hard to make it so you can’t find anything and forces you to walk a giant warehouse in hordes of crowds. This app hasn’t found a single product by search ever. If you can’t find what your looking for (the most basic function) then why would I keep this app?

It’s been over a week and robinhood hasn’t reactivated the account. Hmm well your not the only investment platform out there. Who’s going to wait forever with this clunky app? I’m sure not.

Cannot remove card. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I have waited days for orders to process to remove a card with no solution. For some reason this app won’t let you remove a card that should work in the first place. The payment won’t process and then it won’t let you remove the card.
Then the support team thinks your an id*ot and tells you oh just delete the card. Yeah, no kidding.
This was a great app 10 years ago. Now it’s a racket.

Server error, nothing will load.basically useless until fixed

It would be really really useful If it told you which pickup method was open at the start instead of after placing an order (bait and switch McDonald’s??) .

Yeah.. the new “service fee” is NOT okay. We pay a subscription- that is your service fee. Then you ask for a tip. How many fees shall you add? It’s starting to look like a hotel invoice.

For years this app has not worked properly. It just spins and spins and never works. Thanks for wasting our time. Then you call the insanely loud restaurant to order and then they can’t hear you. Just order wings somewhere local and save yourself the hassle. This corporate chain clearly doesn’t care to be competent.

Hulu never loads without great hassle… shameful really. Half the series shows don’t have working sound now. What a mess. Back to tried and true Netflix now 👋

Since 2022 this app has been entirely unreliable. It lists the inventory as all available, takes payment, and then 1/3 of the order is out of stock. And your telling me shipt didn’t know this when I placed the order? Don’t think so.

Hulu never loads without great hassle… shameful really

Recently this app doesn’t display accurate account information when switching between multiple accounts. Ex: you have an auto loan and a credit card.. the statements and payments and the whole thing gets mixed up. Very unreliable to make payments or view history this way.

I’ve saved the pet profile to show on the dashboard numerous times - it never stays. Every time I login it acts like I have no pets even though I pay for your premium wellness plan..
The least you can do is make an app function with its essential tasks. Nothing works. I can’t schedule an appointment, you can’t find a location, and you can’t show my pets dashboard. And none of the 5 years of records are there.
Sooo your taking up space on my phone then eh?

So for Thanksgiving Instacart delivered a live spider the size of my hand with the groceries. Along with never once being on time at the initially scheduled time.
Fun fact: this app doesn’t allow you to pick the delivery window. It asked you to select a delivery time, and then after the order is placed then they assign you a 2 hour “delivery window” so the order can be delivered 2 hours sooner than when you schedule it. If you have a busy schedule, and since you are considering grocery delivery you probably do, then this after the fact delivery time will never work for your timing. Competing apps let you select the 1 hour delivery window at the time you place the order, not automatically choosing for you like Instacart does.
The customer service number also has never delivered quality service. Every time you call it is so loud you can’t even hear your conversation, and then the delivery window excluse is always thr scape goat. It’s a nonsense app that could be way way better.

It’s updated but still routinely won’t login with the login that works online and has always worked. #uselessapp why do I use this app and take up space when I could just use your website :/

So far the meal service has been pretty good, some issues but no big deal.
What is a big deal - the spam / virus Ish thing that’s “vars hot jar” that redirects to every single time I’ve opened this app for the last few weeks. Please fix your code issue and stop having this app send me to some garbage website.

I have downloaded it time and time again, on my iPhone that is only one year old and is regularly updated. This app will not work to show account details or billing. Yet AT&T relies on this as a primary app to operate. IT DOES NOT WORK. It hasn’t for many months now. I have reported this to support and done more than my share to report these operating errors. The account details and billing and usage sections never load. Basically all the sections that you need to use the service do not load.

Every few months it just keeps having problem after problem. All anyone wants to do is see their usage, replace a phone, or pay a bill. Any time you want to do any of those essential functions this app will fail. Particularly when it’s time to pay the bill.. AT&T will text constantly and tell you to pay, but then the app won’t work to pay. So am I going to go call customer service and wait for hours to address this? No. AT&T can wait until their app works in a few days.. I’m not jumping to fix their issue. Always problems with this app.. for years now

Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it has no idea who you are and pretends it can’t verify your identity. No actionable explanations either. I’m not going to reply back and forth with customer service 5x to get information, I’ll just not use your product.

Since June 2020 you cannot access anything in this app without signing up for additional services that are offered as the pop up promotion of the day/week. For now it asks to sign up for WatchTV and if you don’t you can’t go any further to view your account. I have reported this to AT&T customer service but they basically ignore you. It was actually a good account management app before, but now you literally can’t access anything without adding a service that you don’t want.
