Why do you have Chuckie commercials during family shows like Survivor when young kids are watching?! They can't be skipped and they are terrifying for kids. And it's 99% of the commercials. What the heck?! How are you not considering your audience for kid and family friendly shows when it comes to commercials on your app?

Have this on my Apple TV. It now jumps to another show altogether when I select the show and episode I want to play. Have to go back and select again EVERY TIME. Customer support is rude and useless.
