Are used to really love this game. And I would watch the ads to get things. But they've turned it so tricky and have such low quality ads that it's very disappointing. And people are sick of the ads enough so that now they have to put buttons in places where you're going to accidentally press them to see the ads. If they would just get quality advertising it would be much better

I had a little problem where my purchases were not being processed, but just contacted the Help Desk and they fixed it.

I first want to say that I find both the browser and the app a little clunky. It's not always easy to navigate to where I want to be. Secondly, I have a subscription for two books a month from Instagram and when I get the email it never links me to the correct place to review. Lastly, I recently had an issue where I needed to recreate and re-print books in my subscription. It took me over a week to get a resoonse from customer service, and even once I got the customer service person the responses were very long in between and now all I want is a confirmation that my books are back on schedule and I keep getting an email from the Help Desk asking if my issue is resolved as though they are not seeing my responses - so disappointing. In the past if I've had an issue it's been taken care of without a problem and now I feel like I've been abandoned. If you have customer service set up for texting, someone needs to respond - I finally had to find an old email to reach anybody. Good customer service is so important, and I feel like I'm dealing with a whole different company from the last time I had to contact you.

The changes are disappointing. Not sure why you take an app that was just brilliant and feel like you need to make it somehow "better" but it's not working. Oh wait! I know. You're trying to get people to buy more gems. But I have a subscription so this is really obnoxious.

I purchased coins to eliminate ads, and the ads were not eliminated. I did not hear back right away and so Apple gave me back my money.
What gets this game a five star besides the fact that it's a very good game, is how polite the company was, sending an apology and saying they would let the developers know about the issue I had. A response is always so important to me.

I purchased coins just to get rid of the ads and I'm still getting ads. Tried to go through the "contact us" and I got a robot who didn't have any help for me and was told it could be sometime before a real person gets back to me. just make eliminate ads a separate function outside of the game in the settings. And make it work. Maybe I'll come back to change my star rating if anyone actually gets back to me.

The rolling suggestions are really annoying. Just list the games. I don't need you to tell me which game to play next. Also the stickers? Maybe some people are into that but I'm not and again, annoying. There should be a place to turn these things off. Also, the lack of randomness with the letter draw. When someone has all vowels uses two of them and then gets two more, it's just not random. That just doesn't happen in real life for six moves in a row. This game used to be so much better before you started trying to make it flashy. I wouldn't think it would be too hard to program code to toggle of the "extras."

I have a limited time to play and I want my ads to be on request only. I don't want to collect some money that I've been waiting for or try to plant some thing or do a quest and have an ad come up. Instantly shut down.
I used to play this game a while back on my own and spent a lot of money and had a lot of fun, but I'm only back for my granddaughter and as soon as she gets sick of the ads, too I am out of here.

Apps that require you to buy a subscription should not be allowed to say "in app purchases". This is not like buying an enhancement or and upgrade or just buying the app out right. A subscription should be noted at the onset.

And I would give you a five star rating if you would hire a copy editor to correct your grammar errors. For example, I plan to eat fewer calories not less. 😉

Pay five dollars to remove the ads it also means I don’t want to be interrupted in the middle of the game 10 times to double my earnings by watching an ad. Add free means add free not limited ads. So if your OK with watching endless ads interrupting the middle of your game then this is the game for you.

The newest update has caused my Fitbit inspire to put an extra screen with a lot of information in it between my clock screen and my number of steps. WHY?? Why?
Not to mention it took many days for me to finally get this new update to load onto my inspire. I wish I hadn’t even done it.

What I liked about this app was its well designed simplicity. Everything I needed without the hype of most apps today. And now I can’t easily find precipitation versus temperature. It just is not as good as it used to be.

I so loved the old app better. Tiles were so much more accessible and user friendly. Miss going right to my friends - hate you’re trying to make strangers more important than real life friends. Not happy with the intermittent disappearance of the exercise tracker. And please provide a way to turn off the pep talks.

I paid $20 for a month subscription - it does very little and I would consider what it does do the type of content given for free to entice users to upgrade to the premium subscription - there’s no way I will give this company any more of my money to see if their “premium” subscription is worth it.

I can’t find the search function - if there’s one there you should make it easier to find.

I sure would like to come back and give you a five. But your unsubscribe doesn’t work and I’m getting emails from you that I don’t want and you have no way that I can see to contact your customer service. Please fix this. When I stop getting emails from you I’ll come back and I’ll change my review.

This is just another repeat of prior games by this company - I downloaded it because I thought it had a new twist but it’s not what it claims to be and got boring pretty quick.

Thanks. I have no way of getting my voicemail or my missed calls from my phone now. Way to take an app that worked well, and make it into two apps that are useless.

What a mess you’ve made of the friends section. It was so clear before - now it’s just a jumble! You’ve placed all the secondary and unimportant information in with more vital news.

Really love this game, and my granddaughter plays it and so does my son. However, I am on able to move any of the items in my tanks. The scenery can be moved around, but it doesn’t activate the things on the bottom to sell move or gift.
Is there a fix for that?

With so many free fall games out there I don’t need to play one with RUDE Disney characters giving me disappointed and out right disgusted looks every time I don’t spend money on the in app purchases to keep from losing a round. It was annoying enough until I realized my granddaughter was picking up the nasty attitude.

All of my games are in reverse order. So even though I only play one person I have to go searching through the middle of the app to find my game. I have learned how to delete out all of the old games but that’s still down at the bottom of the list. I want it to just show me by one game at the top of the page. I tried to find a way to report this or to see if there was a way to fix it and I can’t find apps support other than the FAQ sheet, which does no good. Please respond so I can change this review to more stars. And they never respond to the complaint.

Please fix the random games. I don't random games.

I rarely write a review. If I like your app it's on my phone - if I don't your deleted. But this app has so much potential and instead it's lackluster. Too much time spent making it pretty and not enough innovation.

I didn't have a problem paying 2.99 for the 50 credits 30 of which would be used towards sending a fax, but when the options for uploading the document you want faxed are limited and don't include actual iPhone apps, that's when I have a problem. There were 'other' options, but when you pressed on them they just shut down the page.

In the app description It says that in app purchases are packages and that you could buy what you want for 99 cents per package. Why would I pay $7.99 a month for this? Then when you get in the app the only option is the subscription sorry, just not doing it. I don't need an app to be free. That's not realistic and I don't want constant ads. Just let me buy it! And stop nagging for a review because this is the result.

Audible - why offer a feature to keep track of finished books, if every time I turn my phone off or it dies, I lose everything and all my read books become unread again?
I love this app. I use it every single day. It makes listening to books so much easier. But you need some way to make it so that features stay personalized.

Once I figured out I could remove the ads it is fun.
