This developer makes it really really hard to cancel a subscription. He sent you to a video but it’s an older video and it doesn’t work on my new phone with the latest updates on operating system. Kind of a shyster company.

I like the game but I’m very irritated with some of the aspects of the game. The first thing is don’t bother going to their Facebook page because the freebies they advertise you will never get. I always make sure my game is updated as it’s on automatic update on my iPad. I still never get them. I can’t be the iPad because my son is on iPad and has no problems.

I downloaded this and all I got was the screen. When you open it the words “I Care” comes up but the app won’t open at all.

I’ve been playing this game for a while now and really liked it. Lately however, it gets in an ad and there’s no way to get out of it and you have to shut down your game and start over. It’s gotten so bad I restarted the last game three times and still wouldn’t let me out of the ad.

I’ve use this app for about a year and really loved it. But then changing iPads and accidentally got left out during the exchange of data. Now it won’t let me sign in and when I try to retrieve my password it never sent a password retrieval that I can get into because it expires within a few seconds

Well I really like the game it does have some serious issues. The biggest issue is freezing during the middle of videos. Also at issue is you can merge three or more. If you merge five you get two of one item larger. However, if you accidentally merge six you still only get two of the larger items and you’ve wasted the sixth one. Sometimes no matter how careful you are it will grab surrounding ones and you lose items. This connects be especially problematic if it’s a higher level item.Another problem is during the timing of a build, you get options at certain times to take 15 minutes or more off the build by watching a short video. There is also a “stop“ button and if you accidentally hit it it stops the build. Instead of starting it at the time that’s left you have to start all over. And example of this are used one of my precious red gnomes on a castle piece that was an eight hour build. When it had an hour and 15 minutes left I had the option to take 15 minutes off by watching a video. I accidentally hit stop and it started the whole build over at eight hours again. When you hit stop there should be an option to cancel that in case it was a mistake or at the very least start to build over at the time that was left when you hit the stop button.

Are used to use the web for my neighborhood. Downloaded the app and it won’t take my password. So I talk to reset my password and send a link to my email. But when I tap the link to reset the password it won’t take the password I reset. I just deleted it

This is a terrible app. You have to put in a paypal account and There’s no way to block a person from contacting you. The only option on my app is delete conversation.

I love this game until I got him up to the level I’m at 4:70. It’s ridiculous to make him so hard that you spend a week or more on my level and that’s seriously playing. I have no boosts and there is certainly not enough moves to get to this level.

Good game but costs money to play beyond beginning levels.
