Where is caravan measuring

  

I’ve had this app for years and been happy until I can’t find where to put in vehicle and caravan dimensions to assist routing

Why can’t I add my wife’s details and registration as all vehicles used to be in joint names

Hi snufgy, thanks for your review. It is no longer possible to have registrations under joint names, it can only be under one person's name. This is also true for the MyServiceNSW Account, which is why you can't add your wife's details and registrations to your account in the app. Normally, your own registrations will be linked to your account automatically, but if this isn't the case please feel free to visit your local Service Centre or call us at 13 77 88 for advice. Alternatively, you can contact us at mobileapp@service.nsw.gov.au if you have any further questions.

15 MINUTES ?..

  

Why does the app require 15 minutes for a positive result surely a much shorter time would have better results ie you could walk into a place where a person is coughing and a result doesn’t show until you are there for 15 Minutes

Placed an order Bopple replied order accepted ready by ASAP time and paid
Went to pick up order to find order rejected out of stock Why after it has been paid ?
Received message order has been reimbursed
Checked bank 2 hrs later has not been reimbursed, Times are tuff now with COVID 19 without mounting credit
Last time a mistake was made it took four days for money to come back into my account Surely you can have the app check stock at vendors before taking money

Hi snufgy. We're sorry to hear you had this bad experience when using the app. We encourage our venue partners to mark items as out-of-stock to prevent these situations. It is rare, but sometimes the venue may need to reject an order after it has been submitted. Refunds are initiated immediately when this happens but it can take a few days for refund to complete (it depends on the banks). If you message us on help@bopple.me with some order details we'll reach out to the venue and ensure they know how to manage their online menu.
