They claim “ The surprise bonus is randomly generated, so there is no specific date or time when it is given. “ but that’s a lie I was receiving the bonus weekly, and NOT ANYMORE because I keep buying so why give out free chips, Also don’t expect to win the Tier 5 jackpot it’s a lie I have been playing this app for years and I have never ever won the Tier 5 jackpot, they claim is all about random luck but that’s not true, the more you buy the less likely you are to win something.

Do not put your money in this app they will go after you and you’ll never win again, they only want you to spend spend and spend, also no rewards at all no matter how much you spend, this app is a complete ripoff!

Every single event WSOP has is conveniently designed to scam players! Cards are NOT dealt randomly, that is a LIE!
WSOP can even select the players you play with!
Don’t even think about complaining because you got booted in the middle of a hand where you lost a lot of chips or because of house players or bots draining your bankroll, No matter what happened
They will always blame you!
WSOP has trained it’s employees to make you feel miserable with yourself if you complain!
On top of that they will make your gaming experience a living hell!

I have been playing for years now and I’m a regular chip buyer!
You will get setup or kicked out in the middle of a game that you are winning. Don’t even think about complaining they will ruin you forever and your gaming experience will go to the drain, it already happened to me! over the time no one will answer if you send them an email and if they happen to reply back they will give you the ridiculous non sense that all of the cards are dealt randomly and they will put the blame on you for keep playing and buying chips, we all know that wsop makes money by selling chips but the way the cards are dealt to favor one player over the other usually a bot it is completely ridiculous. You would think they would want to fix that but I guess they don't care if you play or not.

Horrible app, completely rigged specially on tournaments you will lose no matter what.
