Customer service absolutely sucked! D: I didn’t even realize my account was suddenly suspended until I was trying to buy some sweaters. I have had my account since high school(a decade) I have never done anything suspicious or malicious with my account but they suspended my account under those grounds with no evidence I did anything wrong. I sent an email with no response and tried talking to live chat and they just kept circling back saying “oh we’ll just shop somewhere else” after I was begging for help. Won’t use the app ever again obviously because I can’t but also I’ve just never had this happen anywhere and to just be told to shop somewhere else is absolutely insane. The only thing I could think of is that I didn’t confirm an order got delivered in a timely fashion because I was sick and dealing with personal problems, I guess I didn’t have my priorities in order. Now I know I guess… I wasn’t even trying to say I didn’t get it, it got here but medical issues are more important than confirming an order delivery

I had to delete the game. I paid for no ads unfortunately because the amount on the game now compared to first downloading the game a while back made it lag for me. soon after I did I am unable open the app anymore it crashes upon opening I can’t get passed the voodoo screen. It’s only $3 but still that’s disappointing and icky feeling that a game suddenly breaks after giving moneys of any kind

It was such a fun and adorable game. It was a good way to pass the time but I opened the app to see all of my progress is just gone no way to get it back. This was such a disappointment to see this morning when I opened the game to play a little to wake up I don’t know if I should keep the game in hopes I’ll get my progress back or just delete it

I was excited seeing this app. I loved playing this game with my friends, but I’ve noticed the app gets stuck on level 5 after the game has finished it stays on the window, it doesn’t have both of my phases highlighted as if I didn’t finish but I did and the npcs dont play a card either. I’ve tried closing down the app and it doesn’t fix. It’s a bummer it stops working to the point of being unplayable so early in the game.

I’ve been trying to resubscribe my account through the app and whenever I do it says it’s successful and I’m immediately brought back to the plan page with an error message but shows up in my subscriptions on the App Store, so hopefully I don’t get charged for a month and app that i can’t even use?

I love SHEIN I get a lot of compliments on the clothes I buy from the site, but today when I went one I noticed everything from my wishlist, my info and points were gone? It’s only been a couple months since I’ve ordered anything it’s not like it’s been a years. I’m not sure why this happened I didn’t go in and erase everything? I don’t know if there is a way to fix this?

So this is such a fun game. I love all the story lines but I’m not a fan of the VIP and how you have to use REAL money to basically continue the story line. I hit a spot where I need a VIP 2 status spice for a tea that the character Bill requires for a tea to talk to Mary. I have no plans to spend real money since I did download this thinking it’s free with the usually you have to spend money for coins, but not to continue a story line. So I guess I gotta get lucky with truck or phone order, or gotta day bye to bill and Mary’s relationship?

You can’t ban NSFW content and not ban racism, self harm, homophobic posts. Censorship never works, it will do more harm than good. This site had problems but this ban is insane. Medical posts like a photo of a human brain was flagged as inappropriate... how does that make sense tumblr staff!?! Good bye tumblr

I’m getting very annoyed with the constant notifications that an order has been shipped but I’ve never ordered anything!!

I love this app so much but I think one of the 3D pictures are broken? The newer one of the wardrobe, it says I’m missing a color but no matter how many times I restart the picture, it says I’m missing it. I zoomed in and rotated it and everything is colored in! Help please!

This game would be fun but my game is stuck. When I play level 72 the sea food stew soup gets stuck, I can’t serve it and just end up trashing it. It makes me not want to play it

I became obsessed with this so quickly but now it's saying I have a network error even though my internets perfectly fine, or even when I'm using my data instead of wifi I get an error.

I love futurama and this game is so addicting
