While Feeld started off well it’s gotten continually worse over time. The community is great but sadly the app is nearly impossible to make connections. First it’s filled with scam or fake accounts - at least half or more accounts are scams or bots.
Secondly there’s no way to connect other than to “like” someone so women end up with hundreds or thousands of likes making the feature useless. This is perhaps by design so that you’ll buy “pings” but again it’s not very helpful because it’s an anonymous alert.
Feeld needs a way to send a first message so you can show you’ve read a persons profile and have an opportunity to show that there might be a connection. That’s a feature Bumble uses to great effect.
But for now the app is filled with profiles from scammers in Africa (7000+ miles away) who make fake profiles and then “explore” one of the Feeld cities. And the other half of profiles are Onlyfans advertising their Instagram or Snapchat pages.
Feeld customer service is nonexistent.

I appreciate the developers work and responsiveness and I got this to pastor last night. Will update as I use it. But thankfully a great workaround.

I’ve used this program for years and years and it’s great if you have a connection but if you go off the beaten path and lose your connection you lose navigation and the program is useless. The workaround of scrolling the map to load it into memory is weak because a restart flushes it.

How, in this day and age, can we have a low res, pixelated app?

If you could download maps it would be great but you can’t.

If you want to watch the race this isn’t it. I’m amazed every year that the biggest race can have a huge website, app and coverage from all over the world and yet it’s nearly impossible to find a way to actually watch it in anything more than 30 second clips.

To be able to see your position on the state map is very helpful. Sadly these aren’t very large or detailed but it certainly helps with general positioning. I wish we could overlay these onto a satellite or detailed topo and change transparency like in Gaia maps. Nonetheless great tool.

I feel myself getting older every time I’m forced to use this app. I’d skip it but I like editing in Rush and so I try to avoid the desktop.

There’s certainly more complicated weather apps but this is really all you need if you live somewhere it rains frequently. Like the Pacific North Wet. Alerts are useful and the map is clean and simple. More importantly it’s accurate.

Not sure where the info comes from but it would sure but it would be great if there were a way to add photos as the single photo is generally fairly bad. If people could upload photos you’d have a much better way of knowing if you wanted to go visit a park.
Wait, the person who wrote this app has a masters and for three years people have asked for a way to add parks and it’s stayed the same? Dang.

I live out of the delivery area of the places I like so it’s been an indulgence to order from my favorite Indian place from Caviar. Today I accidentally looked at the website to see if I could order directly as I know delivery services steal almost all of a restaurants profits.
I was blown away.
Ordering directly and picking up:$70
Oredering the same from Caviar with a 10% driver tip: $144.30!!!!!!! OMFG!
Service fee $18.81
Delivery fee: $5.99
Courier tip: $15
Caviar markup on food: $39!
Restaurants barely make anything- if they make $7-20 on that $70 order they’re doing well. So before you order from this criminal enterprise look at how much they’re stealing from you and the restaurants and consider, especially now in Covid times, just hoping in your car and picking it up. If the restaurant accepts orders without an app do that but don’t, for any reason, let this service steal from you or the people you get your food from.

It’s hard to imagine such a week and unintuitive app ever making it to market it this certainly did. It’s beyond awful and makes the standard awful remote that came with our original Apple TV seem like a good idea.

There’s no option to save to your camera roll. Tried to see if it would work with IG and it posted the before to my feed with no confirmation. It doesn’t work. It’s is a waste of time

As the other reviewer said it’s pretty basic and a third of the pages are 404 errors. Has potential but it’s not realized.

Which makes the app really difficult to use. I have to upload to iCloud to rotate and now “save” doesn’t work. Too much trouble.

Best of all you can cancel or suspend your subscription in iTunes whereas the NYTimes makes you call during business hours and talk to a person before you can cancel.
The bad is the photography isn’t at the same level as the Times and they often tease a photo but don’t show it. Frustrating.

It’s power conversions are lacking. Nm isn’t there which is sort of basic.

It’s a great station and I love listening to it but jeez Louise why do they play so many songs over and over and over and over and over and over and over. Seriously, it’s like public radio top 40.

If the way to lose weight is to use more calories than you take in you have two options. One is count the calories you consume which this app does pretty well. Things you eat frequently show up on top. Almost all suggestions are, however, based on chains or prepackaged food. If you're trying to be healthy you should be making your own food and this app makes finding and logging homemade food harder.
The other way to lose weight is to increase your calories burned and here the app fails. If you go for a run and log it on your Apple Watch calories will count. If you walk an extra 10,000 steps in the course of your day it won't count or show up. That's a problem really as you can't count or benefit from an overall increase in activity. Sort of makes it pointless.
I just switched to Livestrong's app after contacting Loseit and learning it doesn't count regular increases in activity. Myplate does and is easier to use.

I wish it had a few more features but it's simplicity makes it amazingly useful. There are so many small maps that show trails or bike paths that there aren't GPS tracks for but this app puts you on these actual PDF maps and shows you your direction. So useful.

It's beyond frustrating. The whole thing. It makes you sign in constantly. You have to watch a 30 second ad for every 30 second clip you want to see. The replays are not edited so you can end up with no commentary and a screen that says "Content will begin shortly" which you had to watch an ad for. You can't skip forward on Apple TV but for their three speeds and the events are incredibly long. Want to see a swimming final? Be prepared to spend 15-20 minutes fast forwarding and backwarding as you look for it. Oh a prelim? No commentary. You're on your own.
It feels like they've never done this before.

There are many times that I'll simply give up trying to use this app because the interface is so unbelievably, horribly, frighteningly bad. There is no global search - to find anything you have to first chose a category, then chose where it is. Insane. I'm trying to find a park - Cottonwood State Park in Oregon. First you have to chose "Address" - nope, don't have it. That's what a Nav app is supposed to find. "Place" or "Point of Interest" but either of those ask "Near Me", "in City" or "Near Home" well it's none of those. If you don't have any idea you're screwed and have to use another app. If you guess at a town it will only find it within several miles. This essentially means this app can't find ANYTHING!
The flip side is that it's the only app that will calculate a route favoring twisty, curvy roads. So to use this app you need to first purchase a good nav app like Navigon which opens with a simple, global search option, then copy the address and try to paste it into TomTom.
But you'll eventually give up because it's too frustrating. Seriously, there's no way the person who designed this has ever used it. WORST. INTERFACE. EVER.

Seriously, just try to do something that simple. It used to be easy but in keeping with the new Apple philosophy easy is replaced by impossible. I've spent an hour trying to gain control of a document only to discover that adding a page or reordering pages is a feature removed from this version. Good, I'm not crazy. Bad, Apple is.

The new update seems to have added a bunch of extra screens which makes checking in a six or seven click process. Overall it was a pretty good app now it's a little bit cumbersome.
I keep downgrading it because it keeps crashing and so I have to reinstall it after which it asks me to rate the app again. Kind of a vicious cycle since I deduct a star for each reinstall required.

Provided you use an iPad for a light table (have the app on both devices) then it's almost always perfect. Makes scoring easy instead of a chore. The developer is pretty responsive and the target list is very complete. Could use more historical comparisons but the ability to set sites based on the mean windage and elevation is super helpful.

... for navigating routes. I use RidewithGPS to layout a route and then transfer the .gpx file to GalileoPro to navigate it. I love the simple interface. I wish it could do routing but what it does it does well.

It's sort of a basic thing cropping. Since you can't crop you're going to have to do it somewhere else (a pain) and that will reduce the resolution. Nope. Not helpful.

Watermark AND ads? No, pick one.

Not sure what the value of this is if you can't download files. There's plenty of sharing apps but since you can't download files via the web interface you'd think the app would allow it. Nope.

I swear that I thought this was part of an upgrade to the iPad. Until I was asked to review the app I was convinced it was a native Apple app. So I guess that's my review - it's so seamless I thought it was made by apple. Nicely done guys!
