The meeting timers are haphazard and don’t always work. At the moment they are not even useful because they are so unreliable. The screen show mode is absolutely diabolical, the view that you get is useless.

This app has gone from being a zero star app to a two star app. It’s such a kerfuffle with screens flashing in and out, errors that don’t take you to things with an error and then errors which magically vanish for no reason. The “hotel wizard” must be on drugs. It’s just an abomination of a user experience. given how many millions of people must use this app, please invest more heavily in the user experience. Thank you.

Suggestions appear but space bar does nothing and swipe right does nothing. So what is it?

Google Drive is a good solution but it could be far better. The video processing software (if you upload content) is crushingly slow before the video is ready, to the point that it’s not fit for purpose. On the desktop version, there are various extra bits of software you can use to open certain file types, but they are so vague it’s not clear if they are actually safe or not, so either bake them in properly or don’t have them at all; you just leave people feeling anxious as to whether these other apps are actually any good or safe to use! :/

Adverts adverts adverts adverts……… the app is now so miserable that I rarely use it. Feed is just… ads! It’s hideous. No pay model to circumvent this. It’s become almost unusable, definitely unloveable. Very sad.

Despite being in UK, content won’t load telling me it’s not allowed. No ability to raise issue in app so have to come here to log it. Poor experience.

Ticket transferred to me never appeared in the app and has now disappeared entirely. So what am I supposed to do? Also your signup process is absolutely ****.

In the previous app, you could update payees and now all you can do is delete them and re-add. You can’t even copy the information. What an absolute shambles. How annoying!

The auto upload function doesn’t work, and once it says it’s finished, there’s no way to ask it to come back on (when in fact it’s nowhere near finished). No Help. Nothing. Pro is a complete rip off. Avoid.

The new colour scheme is pointlessly awful. Sorry but bring back the dark purple please. I would contact you via the app but there is no way to leave feedback so now I have to just leave it here which is frustrating. :/

Latest version is buggy. Basic stuff like ability to comment isn’t always working. More worrying though is how poor the reporting system is. I reported a very obvious scam and it was told they didn’t breach any guidelines, what a waste of time.

What essentially boils down to fake notifications to make you open the app - only to realise it’s a notification to make you buy something so that you can see a profile of somebody that doesn’t interest you very much in the first place. Tedious. Honestly, I would happily pay for Tinder if it was a genuine product with integrity and if it was good value for money, but it’s expensive and there are better options out there…

The navigation continues to be dreadful. I searched a journey a few days ago for travel next week. It’s now added this as a fave - but when you click on said journey it just brings up times for now - and you can’t edit it!!!! So you have to change tabs and re run the search. Honestly- how this app is so amazingly rated is beyond me. It makes me want to cry. Please please please do a bit more in depth user testing with a broader spectrum of use cases…

Multiple times, the app has not only crashed my phone but when you try and restart the app it won’t load. You then have to reinstall the app and despite having conversations supposedly held in the cloud, you lose everything! Absolutely appalling experience ☹️🤬

I’ve not changed any settings. I updated the system as politely requested to and now radio stations will not work. The only thing that will work is my TV through the line in. It beggars belief that there are so many problems with Sonos, I will never buy from Sonos again. What’s the worse that hasn’t been an update since to fix the problem.
Even if you search for radio stations that previously were in your list, you press play and nothing happens. I’m at my wits end with how poor Sonos is, how all the support is so waffly and difficult it is to find any help content and the diagnostics tools never work.
Honestly find yourself a better system. I’ve gone from being a fanboy to being very unhappy customer. And now that I’m on an old system they don’t give a toss. My previous hifi lasted me 20 years. Sonos - an expensive semi-bricked doorstop. Bad for your wallet, and now bad for the planet because I need to buy something else.

Hello, I’ve just been through a firmware update and now all of my BBC radio stations don’t work. Even if you try and record them they won’t play.
Other music plays so what have you done???? 😡

I use groups all the time and now you’ve made it virtually impossible to not only find them but you can’t even edit the menu so I can customise my experience. Honestly what a load of **** 🤬

How can I rate a product I’ve used since 2009 as two stars? I suppose because every time you try and customise your experience you get overwritten by some sort of experiment. Essentially Meta is meta and meta is not better. We are all just living one big Zuckerberg experiment and for somebody who works in customer experience, I couldn’t be sadder. I still wish for the day that a better product would appear because then I’ll be gone but sadly it’s still not happened and I can’t be bothered building it myself. 🙄🙄🙄

I’ve never seen such a proliferation of adverts on the platform. The newsfeed is almost dead to me. Yet that’s what used to bring utter joy to me as a user. Growing increasingly tired of the app

… full of nonsense data. Love the idea of calorie-counting but there are so many made up food / drink / snack items that it’s a minefield if you want to do this properly. Scanning things gets round it to an extent, but logging stuff when you are out is poor. So much unverified crap in the app. For example, gin n tonics with a negative calorie count which appear at the top of the search ‘cos it’s funny’. It isn’t. It’s just boring and makes the app less trustworthy and less engaging. Go bold with a proper clearance of the duff data and let’s get on with being more healthy 🙂

Great iOS app. But killing the Mac app. It’s so good. Baffling decision. 😐
