Here we go. I called spectrum they said to go to spectrum store to pick up equipment in stock. The modem and router. From there I go to the store and sorry we didn’t have any modem and routers all day. They ship me the equipment. One day I wait on the phone for 2 hours and they said over the recorded, we thank you for the understanding of these hard times. No answer. Next day I call I wait an hour. They pick up and they can’t even activate my new equipment because of updating and service interruptions with the spectrum part. Highly dissatisfied
