Navigation makes no sense and if you’re listening to live programming, the titles don’t update and you can’t tell if you’re actually listening live or content from 1/2 hour (or more) ago.

The app is great when it works, but it logs your out periodically and you will find yourself standing in Wawa manually entering all your login info (because there is no Face ID or login auto-fill), and waiting for the verification code to be texted EVERY TIME you have to log in. This only happens when you’re in a hurry or have a bunch of people in line behind you…
It also means that you can’t really share an account with a spouse or family member because only one of you will get the verification code.

Love this app for our family, which does a lot of driving. Helps us keep tabs on each other’s trips and safe arrivals, rather than relying on texts, which are dangerous for drivers, and which we sometimes forget to send.
The app provides accurate locations/progress and peace of mind, and the developers are creative and fun with the holiday themes 💕.
We did have an open family discussion and agreed that we would never use the app to infringe on each other’s privacy — it is exclusively for safety.
It has helped us find missing phones, too!

The functionality seems fine, but (like the USPS website), the utility is not very customer-centric. You can’t track packages you’ve sent without a tracking number (which you can’t access through the app...even if you used the app or website to send the package). You can’t track your account activity or purchases. Just not helpful.

So hard to find what you want, and the week-at-a-glance seems to be gone... Now you have to scroll through the detail of every upcoming day vs just have a clean view of the coming week on one screen. I used to use this app for planning and packing, but now it’s just too much effort to find the info I need. It’s way too focused on breaking news and videos, and the interface is built to drive that content. Going to look for a new app.

While I love the convenience of downloading audiobooks from my library, this app crashes, literally, every time I use it. I've been using the app for over one year and the crashing has gotten worse.
Additionally, as another user pointed out, simply pausing an audiobook will not hold your place...you have to bookmark, or often it will start at the beginning of the section again.

Good idea, but I deleted the app after one use...couldn't take the relentless ads.
