The last update brought back the senseless tap to mute/unmute and took away the ability to pause reels in result, after so many months. What is now muscle memory will need to be unlearned for idk how long, apart from how pointless not being able to pause reels is. While I’m aware that holding down is an option, it may not always prove optimal. Do better, the devs make north of 300k a year.

Incredible you can't get more than two languages at the same time. Also, it'd be great to have symbols on the keys themselves. Essentially what's needed is what the default keyboard is not offering, otherwise what's the point?

It’s unbelievable how I keep getting prompted to recommend mBank to my friends after logging in even after having tapped 100 times on “Don’t show again”. Do the app devs really not know how to write a freaking if/else statement? Stop showing me the prompt if I tap “don’t show again” or remove the option to do so since it’s useless anyway.

The app itself it well made although it could use some UI improvements but if you’ll ever need a ticket refund, brace yourself. The CS will tell you on chat that you need a confirmation of delayed train from the carrier and once you obtain it, send it to their email support bok@, only to be told after months of silence that they don’t issue refunds and matters should be sorted with the carriers. That’s easily poor CX in my book and enough to keep me away from the platform. Too bad considering it was an easy 4-5 stars until then.

It's absolutely shameful for a Google product to deliver a different experience on different operating systems. It's unacceptable for the keyboard to not have special characters embedded in the letter keys the same way they are in the Andro version of the app. Is it even so kuch to ask for?
