This worked perfectly for about 2 weeks then face recognition stopped working. Asked for password, which I forgot. I tried sending email to reset password and it didn’t send anything. Tried it twice and checked the junk mail and nothing. I deleted the app cause I don’t need it taking up room on my phone and being useless!

When I first got the app a couple of years ago, it was able to automatically connect to my devices. I was happy to be able to use the app as a remote. Now It can’t find the devices automatically or manually. I’ve done everything that support asked even restarting my phone, roku device and router.

There is a glitch that may have been put in a recent update because the navigation will quit before I reach my destination. Then I have to restart while driving....dangerous!
