Love love love the game but the energy being soo low is killing me. I can’t even finish a task. There had to be a better way

I have loved this app since I got it which admittedly hasn't been that long. However, now it won't load and it keeps crashing since I upgraded the app and my phone. Wish there was another update to fix it so I can use it again.
