Unlimited hearts only available on Duolingo max now. These ever changing plans are a scam. I don’t want to deal with all your stupid gimmicks. Just want to learn.

App has become functionally useless with the constant ads and absurd premium pricing that effectively prohibit any use.

Investing used to be free here. Now there’s a fee or you have to have $3000!!! Just sitting in your account earning no interest. Who knows what fees will be next. Lively is just a mediocre HSA

This app was already terrible and dysfunctional. But somehow it keeps getting worse. It used to count most of my tracked workouts and 30 minute walks. Now no workouts and I have to walk continuously for 40 minutes to count. The frequency counts keep missing more and more too. And why would you set your app to never work on holidays? This program and UHC are frauds.

Optum is among the worst HSA providers that exist. The fees are ridiculous. No reason to charge a monthly maintenance fee or investment fees. No interest earned on anything. Where’s the savings?! And a $2000 limit before being able to invest and the base $2k just sits there earning interest for Optum and you get nothing while they milk you with investment fees

Just when you think this app and company cannot get any worse they turn it up a notch. The latest update makes your progress, experience, and learning compete garbage.
Previously, they had turned this into an ad and micro transaction game. They have no interest in people learning on the app.

Very delayed starting game - 20 to 30 seconds. You miss so much action. Cannot type in chat at all. The few game preferences you can set before joining don’t filter anything. Need better ways to join games and filter preferences.

No it’s not possible to really customize your burger on the app. Only select customizations for their pre-chosen burgers. Prices are already high, now they’re trying to drive away customers.
The app is defective. The total for a recent order was displayed as $10.01 on the app but I was charged $15.98. No reasonable explanation provided. Beware of this scam.

This app is just a power grab by the university trying to collect information they have no need collecting, track and control every aspect of their students’ and employees’ lives, and profit from this violation of privacy and basic human decency.

You will not get any rewards. I gift cards. No money. No wins. No fun.

This game gets very slow, jumpy, and glitchy the longer you play it in a season. Never had this problem with anything else.

This game has some of the most overpriced add ons ever imagined in a mobile game. All benefits are maybe worth $10, yet they have the audacity to charge $30+ for a single plane.
That’s not to mention the limited gameplay, ads, need to acquire “coins”, and very limited functionality and poor handling.
