Reports are never followed up, people do not get punished for being racist etc
They have the report function but no one does anything about the reports.
Would not recommend any young person plays this game, they don’t care about players and should change the age rating to 18+

Says if you listen to an ad you will have uninterrupted music for half an hour then five minutes later unskippable ad

4 ad breaks in 15 minutes

I have spent over an hour waiting to find a ranked match, it gets to twenty minutes kicks me from queue and tells me to try again and then it gets to twenty minutes kicks me from queue and tells me to start again over and over… all the time telling me expected wait time is less than a minute. What the hell is the point having a game mode that doesn’t work? And don’t give me that “ that doesn’t sound right send me a ticket” nonsense there is no issue with my device or my install.
Fix your game, stop wasting hours of everyone’s time. Stop lying about expected queue times.
