The free version is okay. But if you have recently paid for Gold or platinum, you should ask for your money back. The algorithm has intentionally been altered to prevent matches. This is to entice you to pay more for longer. Wait it out until management fixes it.

This is the company who stole money from me. I spent $500 on frequent fly points for an upgrade. I didn’t get the upgrade but kept the points. At one point my points ran out and Qantas stole them. One day, I’m going to sue you all the way, Qantas.

How can ANY app think it’s ok to provide such a terrible location setting? No wonder kids can’t stand FB!

Spotify fails to show what is on an album on the free version. If I don’t see it, then why would I sign up? Free version badly needs improvement in order to convert customers. We just need to see what we’re buying.

Even with notifications turned off, TikTok still insists on sending them. And remember, this is not a business. It’s a social media platform. If part of your income is derived from TikTok, do not treat that as a business.

If you have signed up recently, ask for your money back. The developers are messing with the algorithm. The results are not good. They are preventing matches.

Who on earth is in charge of the ads?! There are too many, that’s for sure. But the biggest problem is what the ads actually are. The artwork is horrific and the ads are completely irrelevant. It makes a pretty bad experience. Also, if you block a channel, it will still be shown, greyed out. Why can’t Apple make top tier apps? And, when did Apple become the company that doesn’t care?

Fonts are still lacking quality. Categories are include completely irrelevant templates. The device and desktop apps are STILL not syncing. Adobe is too slow on this. If this company can’t even sync between devices, maybe it’s time to get out of the game. And I hope you don’t need help because the chat bot has been tuned so poorly.

This app keeps asking me to leave a review. So here it is – the tap tempo function doesn’t even work. Once you do have your tempo going, it works fine.

Thank God Ross McEwen is leaving. The app is a disgrace. This bank owes people money for the time it’s making customers waste.

Firstly, there’s no support. I don’t trust an app that doesn’t provide support. Secondly, half the links take you to a web browser. This app needs serious developers who can keep you in the app.

Be careful with this company. They send me email marketing without an unsubscribe button. Surely that’s illegal? Whoever is running their marketing department is dumber than Donald Trump

Phone app version is way faster than desktop version. The problem is, the app version does not stay up to date with the desktop version. For too long, anything you do on desktop doesn’t update in the mobile version. Adobe takes far too long with the basics.

Attention: subscribers and filmmakers. Stay away from this service. It’s terribly built. And the ‘unsubscribe’ page has been programmed not to work. This has to be illegal.

There are buttons saying scorecard that will actually take you to a web browser. It’s completely ridiculous. Not as ridiculous as asking commentators and players to have conversations whilst supposedly professional matches are taking place. But nonetheless, it should stipulate when taking you out of the app.

The app use to be well developed. It’s no longer the same app. They’ve raised the prices while cutting back on qualified developers. And wait for the person who keeps telling people to reach tinder.com/help. There’s no help there. This company deserves the law suit

This weather app is consistently incorrect. It’s nearly as bad as Apple Maps.

This company puts out good phones. But the apps are just terrible. No wonder Spotify has cleaned house.

Very good. However, It’s strange that when you change the delivery country location, Amazon can’t keep up. It will show you products that you click on, that will tell you won’t ship to that country. I would’ve thought they would’ve thought of this.

This streaming service is an embarrassment. There is some good content, but the developers have put together a terrible experience. Are they broke or something?

I don’t know what’s worse - the support staff saying “I’ll check backstage” or the management failing to provide adequate SOP’s. There are problems at this company.

There are serious issues at this company. Management are out to lunch permanently.

Google has an issue that it will create duplicates of files that you upload. When I brought this to their attention, support didn’t care. It would be great Google hired better developers, and their support staff that were trained properly.

The developers are too lazy with this app. If you get a message on Gumtree, it will automatically send your email a message. You can’t stop this. Gumtree need to stop getting people to work for them for free. Also, it’s not keeping up with iOS updates.

Not working in iOS

App is well designed. It’s set up so getting money back on out-of-date or bruised products is seamless. This is good. What isn’t good is delivering products that are out of date.

After spending $400 on an upgrade a few years ago, the upgrade was not granted to me so the $400 was converted to points. During the pandemic, Qantas cancelled these points that I spent money on because I hadn’t spent any money since. Qantas, please just stop.
