I would have given four stars but due their poor customer care service I am giving one star. You can’t reach to customer care on call its only in app message or through email. They also send the same kind of response. They are so dumb they don’t even properly read what’s written in your emails/message and blindly sends the response. This is ridiculous.

Really the dumbass are sitting there. They don’t understand what you are saying, I believe they don’t even read the mail and reply blindly. There is no customer care available over call you can only reach out to them via email or through ticketing system only. Pathetic.

This app has a lot of issues. Crashes every time. Trying to add MF SIP details and its taking additional dates with no reasons. I am pro customer ans really very disappointed with this app.

I am not able to login since morning its been evening.

Why do we need to register our numbers every time after updating the app. This is ridiculous.

Basic app. Too many flaws. Video loads very slow, starts repeating from where started etc etc... uninstalling.

I could see the delivery slots available and on checkout message displays no slots available within a fraction of seconds. Tried multiple times when slots were available but same thing happened. What is wrong with the app? It’s really irritating. If you do not want user to use it tell upfront I will stop using it. Though I am bb star member I cannot place orders for weeks. Really pathetic.
