Waited 3 months to write this—wow, I’m seriously impressed by this app. The only changes I’d recommend is the ability to be logged into multiple devices (I dual-wield my iPad and iPhone at work, have to pick one) and the ability to split-screen apps (again, iPad issue). I think this app has a bright future!! My first App Store review and I have hundreds of them.

Newest update destroyed the game :( it is now unplayable!

I cannot recommend anyone use this company. They double booked a ticket then demanded we pay a $90 cancellation fee when the airline charged only $20. Numerous times over three days we were put on hold then hung up on. Employees won’t give employee ID #, direct line or email for callback etc. They do not do what they say they will.
Next steps are reporting to relevant consumer protection and government agencies. Skyscanner should not partner with such an irreputable company.

I’ve been a fan of Coupang for awhile, since before they went public. My Korean friends rave about them and I’ve gotten to experience their service while in Korea—it’s top notch. HOWEVER!!! How is it *possible* they don’t have an English option? How is that possible? How can they be listed and traded on the NYSE, in the United States, and only have an app AND website in Korean?? Korean is not exactly a global language—it’s about as far from a global language as you can get. Do they not want anyone’s money but Won? It’s unconscionable. It’s 2021. They were founded in 2010. 11 years ago. ELEVEN YEARS!!! It took NASA 8 years to put a man on the moon. I’m in Korea, in quarantine, and can’t use an app or website of a company that I own over 100 shares in. It’s…disappointing and embarrassing. There are over 2,500,000 foreigners in Korea. About 5% of the population. Lots of them speak Korean—many don’t. It just makes no sense. Even if the translation was poor, it would exist. I’m just shocked a high-growth company would reject a global norm in such a glaring way. Maybe management should make a pros and cons list? I sell my stock the next time it’s in the black. Because right now it’s worth less than what I bought it for. Which isn’t terribly surprising. Classic example of buying on technicals but not doing your homework properly. If I lose money on this investment, I deserve it. I used GMarket for my quarantine needs. It hurt to do it, but I did it. *Because I could use their website. Because it’s AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH!!!!!!!*

They are a nightmare, you deserve whatever happens if you use them!!!

The BBC just isn’t impartial anymore; their North American coverage is *unreadable*. ABC is like a breath of fresh air, wow!!! They have shown a ton of courage standing up to China’s repeated evil. They appear to not sell their soul and ethics for ad dollars. Much respect.

I have always had impeccable experiences with the hosts, and the AirBnB app has ALWAYS been a nightmare. It’s so bad I stopped using Airbnb for two whole years. When I used it again this last weekend, all the same problems are STILL there. The app is almost unusable it’s *so* poor. My friend with me said “oh yeah you have to use a laptop, the app is garbage”. How could this company possibly still be in business? How has a competitor not just made a functioning app and wiped the board with them?
